Michael Keaton, because he had a bomb ass Joker.
Heath Ledger was the best joker imo.
He was a good joker, but it was a pretty dark joker. I felt jacks joker was a bit better.

Will Arnetteās Lego Batman.
Ok, I love that.
It's close between Bale, Kilmer and Keaton.
Bale did an excellent job but IMO Kilmer had an intangible depth that was more intriguing. And closest to the source material.
Adam west gets props for being the pioneer. BaM!
And Will Arnett's Lego Batman likely wins š hah.
I don't know the best, but the worst in my point of view was this one.
