Sometimes too smart for their own good. I remember going to a pool party where the border collie continually herded the little kids who wandered too far from the pool border. He raced around for hours.

Pro:
The tendency to guard is in the blood of the Border-Collie.
She specializes in sheep, and with her intelligency can manage easyelly a big flock.
Contra:
Because it's very cooperative, this dog is prone to work until exhaustion if the owner don't gives her a break.
