In my job, I get to photograph people of literally all ages. Yesterday, I was showing a 50 years old photoshoot, and today I'm sharing photos of a 5 year old girl, haha. Her mom hired me to take some lovely photos of her daughter. She told me she even will have some printed to cherish them forever.

I started by photographing mother and daughter together to build trust and get the girl used to being photographed. The first photo I took was totally spontaneous, while we were walking in the park:

We positioned ourselves where we'd take the photos, and I started photographing them together:

For all these photos, I used a 50mm lens at f/2 because I wanted to create a nice background blur!

And now it was the birthday girl's turn for her photos. Her mother brought balloons to the park to evoke a birthday theme:

As you can see in the photo, we explored different areas of the park to have a variety of backgrounds:

And then I took some other photos without accessories, to focus even more on the girl:
