Feeling better. Still a little sore, but I went back to the gym and got chest done, just needed to observe my limits and respect them. We don't want to prolong the issue.
It was an alright session, sure I'm working with maybe 50% but some is better than none.
That's nice! I've listened rib injuries only heal with rest and time. I think you have your physiotherapist advice to go and workout with 50%.
