A Detailed Look at the Economic Impacts of Trump's Wide Ranging New Tariffs on China, Mexico, Canada, Steel, Aluminum, and Much More
If you're interested in global trade I recommend looking at the article. It's a real deep dive into many perspectives of US trade esp. with China. What gets imported from China, many individual product categories, what happened in round 1 in 2018 and so so much more. And lots of charts!
If they're serious about replacing a significant amount of revenue with tariffs, then that has to come from our major trade partners.
As long as the corresponding cuts come from payroll/income taxes, this could be a net benefit.

It’s wild how hard trump critiques the new North American Free Trade Agreement (USMCA) when he was the one who negotiated and signed it in his last administration.
Interesting geopolitical move to tariff allies you share a border with while conducting new trade agreements with Russia for aluminum lol. He has managed to revive the Liberal Party in Canada and may see Trudeau 2.0 (except worse) come thru in Carney.
