i don't think there's a way to put a FOSS app beyond a paywall, i also think the number of people who would voluntary pay for a FOSS app is probably close to zero, is your worry that we're gonna steal your sats?

no, my worry is that you may steal some data or metadata. Or the app may have some vulnerability or backdoor that even the devs are not aware of.

would there be a possible way that you could still be monetized and make the app foss? I am soure you would reach a bigger number of downloads if it was foss.
