Don't you have a river near you?
Here The Ganges create a lot of hot springs in the rainy season which we use in the winters. Also the water in the river is quite warm in the mornings in winter.
Though I also go to Mountains three four times a year. A very good place where we have 24 hours hot water because of sulfur.
The rivers where I live are full of agricultural runoff. No thanks.

So they must be small rivers I guess.
The river that I'm talking about has a 3 km bridge over it.
And as I mentioned it has sulphur and many water cleaning chemicals, the water in it never fouls.
It's like a flowing small sea along my town.
