It's not an UI issue. Because you're buying No shares which is 0.88 Sats /share 
You'll get 13 shares in 12 Sats. 

It's 12÷0.88=13.6 shared

@mega_dreamer, there might be a UI issue or I might be over looking something obvious (my mistake) but with this market:

I went to buy  100 "No" shares for ~12 sats (what the UI showed me) but after paying it was just 13 shares.

I think there might be something off.
