I had a boss once who spent almost all his time on Facebook triathlon sites. It was an open office, and his screen was exposed whenever anyone walked behind him.
It was an open secret, and I have no idea how he got away with it. Actually I think I remember he was good friends with a higher up...a VP maybe. That's probably it.
