I wud probably specialize in wilderness terrain navigation on foot and by canoe/raft, with air of ropes as needed. i wud become more skilled in first aid as well, such as trauma and accidental intoxication.

the usual urban adventures will become dangerous, full of zompires (zombie-vampires), whereas villages/suburban communities will become way too anxious and tightly knit, suspicious of all strangers.
