The industry has a global forecast to reach $2925 M with a CGAR of nearly 15% by 2030.
Countrywise USA is the fastest growing and is projected to reach USD 923 Million by 2030.

In the short term importing RNs from the philippines (~600/month salaries vs Cali 200k+ salaries) would probably be far cheaper.
