Fruit is certainly healthy and nutritious. However, it contains a lot of sugar, so not too suitable for the diet. Moreover, it would be advisable to eat seasonal fruit that has ripened naturally. This also involves eating native fruits. The only imported fruit on which I compromise is the pineapple given the properties that any boy knows ^_^
You're right, that's why I mentioned that diet and exercise go hand in hand, I've always liked fruit, especially pineapple 🍍 it's delicious in summer.
