i found an easy-to-use Telegram bot for LN wallets with NWC connection string.
the following is a quick narrated demonstration of wallet connection & usage with CoinOS.

type "/start." click "Settings." click "Connect a wallet via NWC."
- get ur NWC connection string (nostr+walletconnect://XXX...). CoinOS is used as an example here. paste the string into the Telegram bot.
- receive some sats via ZapGram bot or NWC.
OR
sats can be zapped to a Telegram user with a ZapGram account or to an LN invoice.
sats can be zapped from a ZapGram balance or from a NWC-connected external wallet.
