Happy to report to the SN community we welcomed our fourth child into this world on the 28th February at 5:04 pm ! A healthy baby girl adding to our mix of two boys and a girl in that order rounding out our team of two boys two girls!

Mum and baby are settling in well now we are home.

Sleeping and eating well.

For my ~healthandfitness friends I apparently lost a kilo while we were at the hospital maybe the stress of it all. Which is weird as I wasn’t the one doing all the work!
