How does creating an exclusive Bitcoin Reserve make Americans sovereign?

Bitcoin is for people not for the fucking governments. I'm enjoying this because this will prove to be very costly to the US government.

Totally agree. Banks and corporations including governments have nothing to do with Bitcoin adoption. Real adoption is when individuals learn to be sovereign individual.
