The SEC is an executive agency. It is under the office of the president, is it not?
So Trump can just tell them 'don't investigate' and they won't. Or fire anyone who isn't loyal, right?
In addition, Trump could just... pardon anyone he wants to. The republicans and his maga-supporters won't care, he can just make up any narrative he wants and any opposing facts are 'fake news'.
Why can't people see this?
It reminds me of a movie Dictator when he explains to the US elite how cool is it to be a dictator:)

he can be impeached for breaking the law. I hope he will be.

What good would that do? He's been impeached twice already. Doesn't do shit. In fact, I think he enjoys being impeached.

He was not

Google says: "Donald Trump, serving as the 45th president of the United States, was impeached for the second time on January 13, 2021, one week before his term expired."
Yea, my memory was correct. He was impeached twice.
For the second one, he was up for a complete ban from office. That didn't quite get passed, but almost did. Even most GOP members were pissed that day and voted to impeach.
The first impeachment was for using government funds, while he was president, to bribe foreign officials into lying for him to make his political opponent look bad. The plan didn't work, he got caught, and his opponent won the election.
I hope that, finally, the insider trading of this administration, if it's true and it's the case, will be brought to light.
They think crypto is a joke and they don't take it seriously.
When in general it's completely transparent
