For how I understand it, some one selling papusas in the street, can have a QR printed that is a static 4000 sats invoice, and people just scan that to pay their orders. It can make their process much simpler and effecient, and they will be able to sell food without an internet connection.

You can do this with LNUrl now, but is not user friendly or easy to set up.
