I will say there is a reason that Trump does not mention unaccounted for $ and that is because money wise there really isnt any.... we never really gave Ukraine any instead we paid their creditors.

I forgot the percent and the breakdown but its something like 65 or 75% of the money stays within the US as it goes to manufacturing news stuff for the US. We just give Ukraine the older stuff so its backfilling our arms
