My flavor imagination thinks this is probably really good. I'd be curious how ribbons of blue cheese might do instead of flavoring the ice cream with it.

Yeah, that might be true
I'm always trying weird combinations that people think are random, but before actually trying them, I imagine how they'll taste and whether they'll work together

Especially if you use honey, the taste will definitely be delicious, the real sweetness of real honey.
