Don't underestimate this little mention. I've seen transformer shortages (and power line rating issues) wreak havoc on businesses in Western Europe the past 2-3 years because the backlog will keep on growing unless relocation happens. Relocation (the thing that happens when demand > supply) is the worst solution especially when essential heavy industry moves out. And no, I wasn't even referring to Germany - whole other league of shitshow there.
