Stock market are the least sensitive (less volatility) because of they market cup... Bitcoin is a very "young" and small asset / market, so market makers can manipulate the price much easier than in stocks market, and this cause extreme volatility. As the Bitcoin grow, the volatility decreases, and will be less than in stock market (because of limited supply).
