Yeah I mean landing is hard and it is my understanding that there is something about the South Pole that makes it more so. Firefly didnt land on the South Pole so that might have helped them out. 

I agree the market is over reacting I might buy more shares today!

Even sideways it is getting some power and still might be able to release the rovers and most importantly use the drill. Given their backlog and the additional data gathered during this landing they seem in good shape to recover in my opinion.
