Algeria is one of the countries that just have always been on the doorstep of making massive improvements but always not quite there yet.

If they get the water pipeline projects going and finally get infrastructure to collect and export their massive amounts of energy and finally get infrastructure for reinvestment in place etc etc

Such a disappointing story, always almost there but never quite there yet
