We don't use an LSP.
As for the "how" it's an automatic process where we attempt to pay every address that was configured for Lightning 30 blocks after each OCEAN block.

Does Ocean earn routing fees from their CLN node? Any thoughts on LN routing as a source of BTC "yield"?

I'm not privy to the exact configuration of the node, and no intention to make fat stacks from routing.
