You can generate captcha images with arbitrary text by going to https://api.opencaptcha.io/ and expanding the POST /captcha section (click on the downward arrow on the right), then click on Try it out, then edit the hello, and click Execute (repeatedly, if you don't like the resulting image).

Yes, I don't think a bot could do this (can they scan captchas now, though?). It was probably someone. Or if it was a bot, I would say someone just dropped AGI in Stacker News to grab nuts 🤣
