Learn about LN and see how Muun operates. They trade convenience for fees and bad LN integration. They are also currently afraid of upcoming bitcoin core changes because it puts their business model using 0-confs at a risk.

But don't be intimitated. You can learn at your own pace. I don't think Muun is in any immediate danger. Just long term would be better to switch to something else. I use Phoenix.
