Our 7 years old daughter started to prepare some foods (of course some easy foods, gingerbread, pudding, etc) around 1 year ago... When she finish the "task", we need to clean the kitchen much more time, thans the effective "cooking time"...but it's OK to familiarize with cooking... so we let's let her :)
