I agree bot A and B in terms of USA. However the current Indian government is trying to achieve it here. Of course not much accomplished except a few airports are now run by corporates, before they were also run by governments, but they're better functioning now as I can see.

It can be possible in India because right now India is developing and there's a lot of room for improvement. The local bodies here are mostly and largely corrupt. Everyone knows it so none disagrees to the centre (Modi) when he does somthing unthinkable like once he demonetized all of a sudden.
