No official date. Free agents can be signed at any time. Teams just have to have their roster set before the season in September. Most likely the free agent signings will slow down now as teams prepare for the draft around 5 weeks from now. Once the draft is over there will likely be another wave of signings as teams address positions they couldn’t get in the draft.
