It may appear that way, but I don't believe so. If other exchanges go under like crypto.com, okcoin, Gemini etc then binance become a bigger target for US authorities.
Just remember either way bitcoin DGAF

I think even if Binance wanted to US regulators won't allow it. Also FTX's books are way more fucked than originally thought
