With DC things come and go pretty quickly.... I feel like this will be a good thing for exposure but I am not sure it will stick around that long. The place they are replacing Hill Country opened with huge fanfare and was really popular and to top it off.... had decent BBQ well the best in the district.

I am picturing this as more of a pop up to be honest. With how expensive DC is and how they are working to more HQ and headquarters of departments and agencies out of DC there isnt a population to support the prices.
