In Russia for example, check blackrock's stock holdings they even have a large share of gazprom, and in China well it's no secret that they destroyed the country with communism killing millions then rebuilt it making it the factory of the world. Whatever happens, they're usually winning on both sides.
Blackrock having holdings in Russia today is a far far cry from financing the revolution.
