Yes, I think so. I don't want to give the wrong impression. The dog can only take so much of this. When they were both young the dog used to put the cat's entire head in her mouth. It was scary as hell, but we soon realized they were playing and the cat enjoyed it.

We all have our limits ;) it sounds like they have a nice friendship though. My cats will snuggle together then look like they’re trying to absolutely kill each other not long after. Relationships are odd

Yes. This cat made our older cat's life miserable before he died a few years ago. The cat prefers dogs to other cats. This dog prefers cats to other dogs. Go figure.

I guess so, although I have had dogs and cats who slept together before. These two don't do that yet.
