So, ... this post is item #9292.
At 1 sat fee per item, SN has raked in at least 9,292 sats.
Woohooo!!!! Oh wait, ... that is worth less than $5 currently. LOL.
Anyway, ... SN looks to be running above 100 posts and comment replies per day now it appears (based on item count change).
That means in less than a week SN should be past "first #10,000" milestone.

Two things with the site:
1.) For images, I'm uploading to imgur for content delivery, since they let me do that without an account. I've no idea if those links to the image inside an imgur post are ephemeral or not. Would be much better if SN had some method for my to post an image in a comment.
2.) A top level comment doesn't have a link to "Parent" like any replies do. But isn't the SN post the comment goes with the "parent" for that comment?

I forgot to mention on search that I use Open Search rather than some search API.
I not only did this because it's cheaper, but because when we decentralize I want search like the db to run on the user's node.
