About to get a bitax finally and looking at their store (bitronics ) - anyone else from Euopre ordered from them ?

i dont use telegram, but will reach out there, i was hoping they were on nostr or something, but doesn't look like they have an account
Support seems to be bad to response, but at a technical level and craftsmanship, they are the best. I saw they hardware in some events, good guy.
following up on this, looking at the group on telegram it seems to mostly be people asking where to buy in europ, over and over
OT: I don't know WHY so many bitcoiners and meetups use telegram to communicate.
