That link also illustrates how ZBD was used as a wallet for other apps. Something something about #IToldYouSo but in reverse. Going non-custodial was the right choice for SN~~

Like many exchanges, they are a regulated custodian (but without being an exchange). If your country has laws that don't permit them to have you as a customer, they won't have you as a customer. This will rinse and repeat forever. Learn how to use lightning noncustodially.

This ZBD is a scam, they suspended my account, I contacted them and they did nothing, I lost a lot of sats.

What happens to the wallet balance after the deadline to withdraw them?
They will just steal the sats?
And they will abruptly end customer support for the customers in these regions too?
reply

Sounds like it. Those were never your sats to begin with until you withdrew.

More reason to treat custodial wallets like literal physical wallets you put cash in and what you lose in a bar or club

If ZBD wallet is going away in your area, WoS can't be far behind.
It's a custodial wallet all the same.

Another custodial wallet bites the dust, time to migrate to an LSP compatible wallet and put in your big boy pants

or just run your own lightning node, or use zeus wallet or phoenix.
LSP's are all rug pullable.

Good that you still managed to get your sats and they are safe, but unfortunately I had my account suspended there and lost about 30 thousand sats.
