Back when I was traveling in Spain I remember I could get some cash by selling some sats on lnp2pbot and withdrawing on ATM, it was pretty handy. The best of all, it was KYC-free, imho the best way to get cash while traveling there. I could get a few hundred €'s and at a small discount.

Is there an lnp2pbot community or another P2P method in Italy in order to do the same?

Also if you can go to Rovereto, it's the bitcoin valley, they have a store there and many business that accept sats. Try the restaurant Doge there, thank me later.

I don't use telegram, but you can just show up in one of those meetings, in the northern italy is full of highly skilled node runners and so on, you will love it if you're a nerd. And you can easily find someone willing to do p2p.
