You don’t need an account, but it is a pain to exchange ln btc for on chain btc. But you said you were using bluewallet, which can’t transfer from lightning to on chain.

It you want to withdraw via lightning and then send on chain, you can use muun, if it works, or Phoenix wallet. Bluewallet isn’t good for that use case.
