David Charles Grusch, former Air Force officer and intelligence official who boldly brought UAP secrets to light, has been appointed as senior adviser to Representative Eric Burlison, Republican from Missouri. This strategic four-month appointment focuses on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) issues and places a trusted whistleblower in a position to directly impact congressional policy.
The appointment represents a major step forward for transparency advocates and UAP researchers who have followed Grusch’s courageous disclosures since 2023. By bringing Grusch into an official advisory capacity, Rep. Burlison demonstrates serious commitment to uncovering long-hidden UAP programs and ensuring proper oversight of these classified operations.
Grusch brings impeccable credentials to this position, including combat deployment experience in Afghanistan and 14 years of distinguished service across the intelligence community. His educational background in physics through an Air Force scholarship provided scientific foundation for his later analytical work with aerial phenomena.
During his time at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Grusch gained access to information about UAP programs that few others have seen. From 2019 to 2021, he served as the NRO representative to the UAP Task Force, reviewing classified reports of unexplained aerial encounters across military branches.
Grusch later co-led UAP analysis at the NGA and played a key role in drafting UAP reporting provisions for the National Defense Authorization Act of 2023. This legislation included whistleblower protections that would become crucial when Grusch later decided to come forward with his knowledge of classified programs.
In June 2023, Grusch took the extraordinary step of publicly revealing information about secret government programs involving non-human spacecraft. His testimony detailed how specialized units have retrieved and worked to reverse-engineer craft of non-human origin over decades. Grusch described a vast, compartmentalized program operating largely outside congressional oversight, with multiple recovered vehicles and biological specimens stored at secure facilities.
The significance of these revelations cannot be overstated. By detailing his knowledge of these programs, Grusch transformed public understanding of government involvement with non-human technology. His testimony before the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability in July 2023 brought these matters to television screens nationwide and forced serious consideration of non-human presence on Earth.
