Today I'm here to share a new set of street photographs I took around this small Venezuelan city. These photos focus on small moments of some of the thousands of people who live in this city.
I'll start by showing you my favorite photo from the whole set. There was a man sitting outside his house selling some vegetables and herbs that seemed to be from his own harvest. The scene seemed too inspiring to me, and I had to take a photo of it!
That same day, I saw a boy who adapted a shopping cart to sell all kinds of things:
In another part of the city, I saw this boy walking with his cart. I didn't know what he was selling, but it looked very curious.
In Venezuela, it's very common to see people asking for money at traffic lights, especially older adults.
Many others, like this one, do some kind of acrobatics or juggling to ask for tips at traffic lights:
I headed to a residential area that is usually full of people to look for interesting moments or scenes to photograph. On the way, I took a couple of photos...
A boy was riding down the street on his skateboard:
A group of women walking together:
The next scene looked very interesting, a facade of an old house with an old car:
Minutes later, I arrived at the residential area, and the first thing I saw was a couple of men sitting outside their houses, talking quietly...
Two women and a baby talking relaxed... The car provides a very interesting context.
A group of neighbors playing dominoes in the street:
A woman entering her building...
And the classic of all classics, the Volkswagen Beetle car that can never be missing!
I hope you liked these photos as much as I did and found this glimpse into the life of a small city in Venezuela interesting!
