I was just thinking it would be insightful to have the i icon of each territory added on each pill
Another suggestion is to have the + button near the dropdown visible only when the first territory has been selected
if a secondary territory is added, only then you show the pills list below
would @k00b @ek approve?

Hey! Well thanks for taking a look and give suggestions! I paused working on that PR to take care of higher priority stuff but I'm on track to resume it in the near future, so everything you see there is 100% subject to change.

I agree with giving a way to show infos about a territory, the info button seems the best way to do this, maybe with a muted color to make it less obtrusive since we might see a lot of territories being selected.

We had this idea of phasing out the territory picker in favor of that + button, I had some problems in making it work in a intuitive way in terms of UI/UX so I wanted to find an alternative This is a fairly rough mockup of a tag-like based navigation that is a product of personal brainstorming (in no way the chosen UI/UX)
This new way of choosing multiple territories needs to be compatible in the future with territory crossposting so the i button you proposed would be a good fit! Anyways, once the PR resumes I'd like to experiment with different UI/UX solutions, for now that PR is just a proof of concept ^^
I wholeheartedly welcome suggestions so thank you, a lot!!!

This is great. Thanks for taking time and wok on this, is a much-needed feature. The mockup you shared is a great improvement already from the screenshot in the GH repo. In this case, I feel I'm missing the original dropdown.
Anyway, just wanted to pin this out as it was passing through my mind. Ping me when you put your hands back on this PR, I'll be happy to explore more UX/Ui options.
