I agree Ruby but Gretzky in his era was far better than all until Marion showed up. Sidney was the best but by a little. Gretzky last season still led the Rangers in scoring in this new era transition. Don't forget those seasons had good defending too. The Devils remember, so Gretzky would be Gretzky now too

I donā€™t know. Itā€™s hard for me to say that. Gretzky piled on his numbers with generational talent in Edmonton. Can you name any of Sidneyā€™s linemates during his run? Most people will say Malkin but they were a one two punch.

Iā€™m not saying Wayne isnā€™t the GOAT but Sid deserves some consideration

Oh Sidney deserves absolutely consideration. But Gretzky just outscored all by far too much even in Edmonton. The numbers are overwhelming to me.
