This brought on a lot of introspection. I feel like I have a lot of qualities from both ends of the spectrum. I hate red tape but I also like to build things that will last as is for a while. Very interesting thought experiment
I swear, I once saw a chart on this, where it categorized developers into four quadrants: high accuracy, high speed (=superstars, keep these guys at all costs); high accuracy, low speed (=turtles); low accuracy, high speed (=cowboys); and low accuracy, low speed (=deadweight, get rid of them)
Was just talking about this with some friends today. I've always been more on the accuracy side but wanted to be faster.
