lightning network using nfts and smart contracts

Those things don't mix together very well. Suppose lightning channels look like this:

Alice <---> Bob <---> Carol

and Bob has a lightning nft (whatever that is). Then nothing prevents him from sending it to Alice and then to Carol as well.
