You can still get 26 points in the final two rounds but you can’t win unless no one else picks Duke. Seems unlikely.

I have to rethink the format next year to make it more like the NCAA football game where the final game had something other than just the win to accumulate points from.

I know but just in general the way it is structured only the top two going into the final can win. Assuming they don’t pick the same team.

it's a good structure, rewarding upsets in the first and second round

too many pools put too much weight on the final weekend imo

I like how the guy with 0 points has the strongest opinions
