My students did poorly for their test today, so I thought I would need to zero in low-hanging fruits such as vocabulary in context questions. Fighting fire until the day of their mid-year exams.

Good try!
Initially means at first for Q4. It’s the opposite of “At the end”

You might get some push back on question 2.
Regretful and disappointed are pretty similar and they're hard to distinguish given the context
