Five months ago, IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION—an alleged covert UFO program—entered public discourse. On 8 October 2024, journalist Michael Shellenberger revealed a shadowy Unacknowledged Special Access Program (uSAP) tracking Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and Reproduction Vehicles (RVs)—the latter possibly reverse-engineered from non-human tech by foreign states or private actors.

The story gained traction during a 13 November 2024 Congressional hearing, where Shellenberger testified. Filmmaker Jeremy Corbell played a key role, providing lawmakers with a 12-page document on IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION, now part of the Congressional Record.

The report detailed the program’s operations, including UAP/RV incidents and observed shapes. Shellenberger claimed officials told him the program possessed “maybe thousands” of UAP evidence pieces.

Post-hearing, mysterious ‘drones’ flew over sensitive U.S./UK military sites, evading all countermeasures. On New Year’s Day 2025, Green Beret Matthew Alan Livelsberger detonated his Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel, leaving a manifesto alleging the drones used gravitic propulsion—tech he claimed China deployed via submarines. His warning: “They are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed… It’s checkmate.”

Though Livelsberger’s reliability is questionable, his claims align with unexplained drone incursions dating back to 2023. A Daily Mail-obtained report confirmed detection/jamming systems “failed” during these events, suggesting unconventional tech.

Senator John Wicker admitted the DoD remains mystified, yet no deeper investigation followed. The Trump administration dismissed the sightings, even as the FAA imposed restrictions in response.

The IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION report hints at even more advanced RV tech, like a triangular craft observed in the Pacific. Despite this, no further hearings, whistleblower testimony, or official action has occurred.
