The company’s controllers, called Joy-Cons, now attach to the console’s screen with magnets, and can work as a mouse when used on a table. It comes with 256GB of internal storage. Source CNBC

I bet they already knew it. Kids these days are well informed about such things unlike us when we were too slow to even play our first video game.
TBH, I played my first video game at 14.

They did price it right after the livestream ended...
$449.99 for the system alone and $499.99 for the system and Mario Kart World bundle. They priced in the incoming tariffs driving the price to what it is.
Gamechat is going to be a huge thing I think. I do wonder what that camera is going to set me back though
