All of the above. Some likely have lingering health issues due to Covid infection, some have health issues due to the vax and some just really liked being home and not having to work.

Yes! You were first to a good third thing.
On the first point, I'd include disabilities from early treatment methods as an important factor. Those ventilators messed some people up pretty bad.
