Self proclaimed basketball guru, nothing more than self proclaimed. Although I'm also the most humble stacker here on SN. Haha.
If you've watched their games, it shows. Jimmy fits right in and commands respect from teammates at the same time. Being a veteran, he also understands that this is Steph's team and he is only there to aid Steph drive his bus. Jimmy's ability to draw fouls, to slow the game down, allowing Steph to rest in game is golden for the dubs. I highly underestimated Jimmy's potential impact to the dubs when the trade got announced, but understood as soon as I saw them play for a few games. Remember, playoff Jimmy is probably still a thing.
The Warriors look very scary and probably no team wants to see them in the playoffs. That said, a 4/5 Lakers/Warriors matchup will be must see TV. Let's see how the wild west shape up. Might come down to the final game to have the matchups set.
The foul drawing ability is supercharged alongside Steph, because he keeps the defenses so panicked. Jimmy eats panicky defenders for breakfast.
I mentioned it a while ago, but this is the same core offensive system that Jimmy started with in Chicago, so he understands all the cuts and screens and off-ball patterns. Add in that he's one of the smartest and most selfless players and you've got a really dangerous combination.

Thankfully the west is wild otherwise there would be no reason to watch the last couple weeks.
